Announcing the Bonnie Eddy 60th Birthday Trivia Test

We are pleased to announce the Bonnie Eddy 60th Birthday Trivia Test, a tradition of embarrassing family members on milestone birthdays with a trivia test about their lives--their virtues, their foibles, their accomplishments, their misadventures.  Bonnie is certainly a rich vein for this type of material.  You are invited to submit questions in a test format (multiple choice, true/false, or fill-in-the-blank) about Bonnie. Include as many as you want. Be sure to indicate the correct answer!  Email trivia questions to Mike at mmeddy@earthlink.net or send me a message on Facebook no later than Monday, January 31.  We will publish the entire Bonnie Eddy 60th Birthday Trivia Quiz online (here and on Facebook) about February 2.  Answers will be revealed on February 5.  Plan to report your score so we can know who has the deepest knowledge of our wife/sister/sister-in-law/mother/aunt/friend Bonnie.

author: "Max Eddy"

On the Fort Eddy blog Max has provided a good way to follow his contributions to Geekosystem.com. Go to Google News and type in the search author:"Max "Eddy".  This search will show everything that carries Max's byline.

Scroll to the bottom of the search page and you'll find three hotlinks:
Clicking on the first one will produce a custom section on Google News that will be Max's stuff.  Clicking on the second one will cause an email to be sent to you whenever a new piece with Max's byline is printed; the email will contain a hotlink that will take you directly to  the newest posting.  The Fast Flip will produce an item under Top Stories in the navigation bar on the left side of Google News that will have a blue box in front of it and says author: "Max Eddy".  You can click on that whenever you go to Google News and produce the collected works of W. Max Eddy.

It must be a little creepy to be doing you work knowing that all your friends and relatives are, potentially, looking over your shoulder.  But, Max, that is the burden of authors everywhere.
