Lisa Aces Qualifying Exam for Doctorate
Lisa Eddy passed her qualifying exam in her doctoral program on Friday morning. Her committee was very encouraging, and she has projected to finish sometime in November. The exam entailed basically preparing three chapters of her dissertation--the problems statement, the literature review, and the methodology. Now she just has to write the rest of it!

Great job, Lisa! That has to be a big relief. I remember after my masters' exams, I was too numb to feel joy, relief, or even the amber beverages I celebrated with. Are you going to make us call you Dr. Lisa when all of this is over?
