A Culinary Tip for Fort Eddy
Today on the public radio show Marketplace they interviewed an apparently famous New York chef named Daniel Boulud. The interviewer asked the following:
Hobson: What's the best cheap eat in New York that is a restaurant that you don't own?
Hobson: What's the best cheap eat in New York that is a restaurant that you don't own?
Boulud: Daisy May's BBQ.
Can we get a report on this establishment in the Fort Eddy blog?
The story also notes that there are about 19,000 restaurants in NYC. If you guys intend to eat your way across Gotham, you have your work cut out for you.

Hmm...we have a BBQ place that we really like already, but I suppose there could be room in our hearts for another. We'll give it a shot.
Attention Eddys: Today is the day we investigate this establishment and order one (1) "whole pig."
